This hamper gives you a taste of our Duffin’s deli, paired with our flavour-of-the-month favourite coffee: a Ugandan Maliba!
Our team loves Maliba, and we often use it in our café to make espresso drinks. However it suits many other brewing methods, and you can select your grind type on purchase! We think this coffee’s full-bodied mouth-feel and flavours of sweet honey, boozy figs, and orange are perfect for the festive season. A great 6am pick-me-up with presents. A relaxing afternoon brew with the family. Or even a post-feast treat on Christmas day!
We’ve also included chutney by Cumbria-based Claire’s Handmade, our sandwich topper of choice in the café! Claire’s Handmade was founded in 2003, and since then they have won various ‘Great Taste’, ‘Best Overall Preserve in the North West’ and ‘Lake District Life Food Heroes’ awards! Pair them with a tasty cheese, you can find pairings here, and add a bowl of Silver & Green olives! Silver & Green are a neighbouring Lakes business, focusing on quality and sustainability – something we are passionate about at Duffin’s. The hamper also includes a bottle of olive oil by Giuliano’s – who bring a sunny taste of southern Sicily to the party.
