Delivery
We aim to deliver the freshest coffee possible and dispatch orders within 48 hours ( excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
All orders to be ground are done immediately prior to dispatch.
We use Royal Mail, Second Class Tracked service for domestic parcels up to 5 Kg.
Using the tracked service gives reassurance that Royal Mail and the purchaser knows exactly where the parcels are.
We only deliver within the UK

Returns
Sorry but coffee and other perishable goods are not accepted for return – Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. All other items such as coffee hardware and merchandise can be returned for a refund. Please contact Mr Duffins Coffee The Coffee Den 49 Main Street, Staveley Kendal LA8 9LN Tel 01539 822192 Your statutory rights are not affected, however if the item is not faulty we do expect it to be returned in a resellable condition. Remember to enclose proof of purchase and please note that we do not refund postage.
