Description

An organically grown, naturally pulped and dried bean, cultivated by Osman Romero Melgar, the owner of the farm San Isidro, located in the Celaque area of the Copan region of Honduras. The coffee here is grown alongside the natural forest of the area, and with Osman being an esteemed agronomist, he is passionate about maintaining the deliate ecosystem in the area.

These beans are roasted in-house to produce a coffee with a notes of dark chocolate, grapefruit and cacao, with hints of tamarind.

Similarly to all our coffee here at Duffin’s, it is a Direct and Fair Trade product; we buy it at well above the World Trade and Seasonally Agreed price to ensure that the produces get a guaranteed annual income, regardless of price fluctuations.
