Ana Cecilia Estevez is a coffee producer who focuses not only on coffee quality control and harvesting, but also creating an ecosystem where coffee plantations and wildlife can flourish together; Planting the correct fruit tree’s and vegetation for wildlife to prosper, which creates a unique soil from which to grow coffee, with complex flavour profiles.
This particular coffee oozes boozy notes of whisky and fortified wine, whilst simultaneously bringing a full bodied dark chocolate flavour, with a smooth yet complex mouthfeel… a real thinker. But we love it.
Like all our coffee at Duffin’s, it is a Direct and Fair Trade product; we buy it well above the World Trade and Seasonally Agreed price to ensure that the produces get a guaranteed annual income, regardless of price fluctuations.
