Roasting
Mr Duffins is a family-run roastery located in Staveley. Mr Duffin only roasts speciality coffee. We roast our coffee every week and dispatch as freshly roasted as possible. Tuesday is the usual roasting day if you want to plan a visit to see the action.

Brewing our coffee
Our coffee works well in all brewing equipment. Once brewed to your preferred method, pour, sit back and enjoy the flavours from the coffee farmers around the world.

Ethics                                                                                                                                                                                               We use reputable importers who work directly with the farmers. In particular, we like to showcase our love of Peruvian coffee, from our friends at Freeman Trading, who trade with the tribal people of Peru. They pay a great price to the farmers, for growing fantastic coffee. Like the small farmer, the small independent roasteries and cafes can offer people something very special and not available at the supermarket.

About us,
We are a family run business in the heart of the Lake District, in the centre of Staveley. Mr Duffin spends most days roasting the coffee beans to superbness whilst Mrs Duffin and Vanilla spend time serving the best coffee!

Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera ACPC Pichanaki is a coffee farmers association located in Junin, Central Peru, founded in 2000 and represents @ 270 small coffee farmers. Pichanaki holds Organic, Fair Trade and Bird Friendly certifications and was created to sell the coffee produced by it's members under better conditions. The organisation is committed to improving the coffee quality and production and to improve the lives of the members through social projects.
